JIA (read: 嘉, meaning excellent) is a professional consultancy providing quantity surveying and project management services since 1990. At the heart of our practice is the pursuit of excellence, driven by a team of competent individuals, true to our firm’s name.
JIA has contributed significantly to the success of many construction projects from various sectors of the property industry, with construction cost ranging from S$1 million to S$280 million, locally and around the region.
With about 30 years in the business, our team is led by directors with a wealth of experience — who are dedicated to bring every project from concept to completion, focusing on delivering the best value for our clients.
